ZERO-WASTE POLICY
One of our core values as a sustainable business is zero waste. This is why all items are made to order. Therefore, it is important that you take time to carefully check our size guides to ensure you are purchasing the right size. RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS
In the event that your item is damage/defective or did not fit as expected, please email us at support@feralmoon.co.uk. Please do not contact us about returns via any other channel. You must do this 14 days of the date you received your order to request a one-time size exchange. We cannot accept any requests made outside of this timescale, or for any damage that is not due to our error.
Please include proof of purchase and photos of your item (front and back), as we can only accept items that are unused/unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
You may return items the original postage bag that we sent your item in, as long as it is in good condition, as they are designed to be reused. This helps us to reduce waste.
Once we have processed your request, we will provide you with a unique reference which you must include in a note with the item you are returning. This helps us to easily identify and validate your return.
You will be responsible for covering any costs involved in returning items to us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to use a carrier/service with tracking or shipping insurance included as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your items. If they do not reach us, unfortunately, we will be unable to replace or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon our receipt of your return, we will inspect your item and notify you whether we have approved or rejected it. We will cover the postage for sending you a new item if you are exchanging for another size, or if your item was damaged/defective before you received it. We aim to send a replacement within 7 days of us receiving your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
