WHY CAN IT TAKE UP TO 7 DAYS TO DISPATCH ITEMS?
We only produce items as and when they are bought so we do not create any waste from surplus stock. Therefore, we need to account for production time before we send your items out to you.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges in the event that your item was damaged/defective upon arrival, or if you need to exchange for another size. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
WHY DOES YOUR ADDRESS SHOW AS AN ADDRESS IN ENGLAND IF YOU ARE BASED IN WALES?
As we are a small business operating out of our home, we use a virtual office address for our own safety and privacy. This is common practice for a lot of small businesses who trade online. Rest assured, anything sent to that address will be forwarded to us, however you must not send any items to us unless agreed beforehand as per our Return Policy.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?
Use a gentle cycle to wash your items inside out, with similar colours, at a maximum of 30°C. If you iron your item, you must also do this inside out at a maximum of 110°C. Do not iron directly on the print. Our items are not suitable for bleaching, dry cleaning, or tumble drying. Please refer to the laundry symbols on the tags inside your garments.
